Nurturing young minds is my passion, and I bring 15+ years of experience working with children aged newborn to 17 years. I have a toddler of my own who engages well with the children and could be a fun play partner for your child. I have my masters degree in applied behavior analysis and am a licensed behavior analyst, bringing 10+ years working with children in homes, schools, and a preschool clinic that I managed to the childcare I provide. I have a strong foundation and interest in child development. I am patient, creative, and approachable, and I enjoy following the lead of children when engaging in imaginative play and other games. I prioritize open communication with parents, tailoring my approach to your preferred method, including verbal updates or texts. I am certified in First Aid and CPR Training. l.
