Hello! My name is Ellen, I love the outdoors, crafting and assisting the growth of our future generation! I currently am working at a group home for teenagers, prior I worked at a residential placement for youth with developmental trauma as the Adventure Coordinator. From my experience working closely with youth from a variety of ages and different backgrounds for over 10 years, I have come to the understanding that not all children learn and engage in the same manner. Due to this I have a different approach with each child, depending on their needs.
