About Tess

Hi! My name is Tess. I currently work at a middle school as an Educational Assistant, supporting special needs and behavioral students. I'm also working toward my bachelor's degree in Special and Elementary Education, as I'm passionate about helping students learn and grow. I have experience in babysitting, tutoring, assisting with homework, and caregiving for individuals with disabilities. I also coach a high school freshman cheerleading squad, which has helped me build strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. I'd describe my personality as honest, driven, and compassionate. I love tutoring and caregiving because I enjoy helping kids reach their goals, build confidence, and feel supported.
