Learning is a passion, and I'm excited to share that with you. With three years of experience tutoring elementary students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a love for learning. I hold a college degree, and I create an engaging, supportive, and patient learning environment. I actively listen to students and encourage open communication to understand their needs and adapt my teaching methods. I connect challenging topics to their interests, celebrate successes, and break down problems into manageable steps. Regular communication with parents is essential for understanding student progress and reinforcing learning. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I am CPR trained and have First Aid certification. I'm happy to tutor at your home and look forward to helping your student thrive!
