About Tessa

Hi! I'm Tessa and I have a passion for providing a stable, affirming, and fun atmosphere in the homes I have worked in. I have 8 years of experience working as a full time House Manager followed by 3. 5 years as a full time nanny. My previous responsibilities allowed me to become proficient in managing the family calendar, grocery shopping, meal planning, errand running, and housework. I am great at independently seeking out and fulfilling the everyday needs of a household. I believe that patience, consistency, and a good sense of humor is key to providing a great experience working with children. I also have previous experience as the director of the Nursery/Preschool classrooms at a church for 5 years. Through this I was able to lead and delegate to a team of 20+ adults and provide a safe, sensory enriched, and silly classroom setting.
