Making a difference in people's lives is my passion. With four years of experience in adult and senior care, I've learned the importance of providing compassionate and reliable support to both individuals and their families. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, Home Health Aide with CPR and First Aid Training, I'm equipped to handle difficult situations. I also work with a small caregiving team, so families can receive reliable coverage, flexible hours, and backup caregivers when needed I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
