My passion lies in fostering the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. Previous experiences in care roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact on their lives. I am patient, compassionate, and approachable. I build connections with care recipients by respecting their independence. I communicate with families using their preferred method, whether it's written reports or regular calls. I am skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. I am comfortable with pets and provide transportation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I am excited to bring my skills and caring nature to your family. I have my CNA certification getting ready to take state exam . I have 2 years of experience.
