She treats me with respect and kindness. She has made great suggestions to me and my family related to services I could access, and other ways of approaching difficult medical decisions. She communicates clearly and directly about things that need to be discussed and understood. She is organized and professional. Her memory is also a great asset! She remembers details about how to do things in my home (I have a kosher home) and about my doctors and what they want me to do. When I had medical equipment in my home, she knew exactly how to operate it immediately, because of her long and varied experience in this field. She is also a great advocate when I need her to help me take a stand with medical providers and/or my family. Hilda has become a trusted friend and "family member." It is my intension to keep her as part of my care team for as long as possible.
