Culturally competent, respectful and believe in providing dignity and respect by delivering quality care for seniors, person with disabilities and their families. Previous owner of small home care business. Current CPR and first aide. CPR Instructor. Excellent cook with food safety manager certificate. Availability subject to change given my Nursing school schedule.

Teresa has been amazing with my elderly, bedbound mother with several ailments. She had a stroke in 2018 that has been degenerative. Teresa has gained my mom’s trust and has helped her physically move around in her bed with mild range of motion exercises over the last 9 months. She has helped my mom’s core so much that we are able to use a hoyer to bring her out to the living room to be with the family.
