Rano takes care of my mother who has advanced Alzheimer. She’s knowledgeable, proactive, and reliable. She treats mother with respect and sincerity. She has pleasant, calming, mild manners. What I appreciate the most about Rano is that I rarely find her sitting idle. She will ask what she can help with when there’s down time and she gladly helps out with house chores. I would hire her full time if I could.
