Teresa cared for our son from the age of 5 to 7 months and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the definition of responsible and competent as well as warm and caring. She didn’t just watch our son, she constantly rotated his toys and curated activities specifically designed to help him reach his milestones. She was always reading to him, singing, or taking him outside to explore. Our son typically struggles with fear of new people but bonded with her within the first two days and now greets her with a giant smile every morning. Logistically, she was also amazing. She managed his feeding, diapering, and nap schedules with precision. She logged every detail in our tracking app, communicated immediately regarding any concerns, and left the house better than she found it - organizing toys and cleaning up throughout the day.
