Hi! Are you looking for someone to help prepare your little ones for school with one-on-one attention? Look no further! I graduated from UW-Eau Claire with Elementary/Middle School education, and have many years of experience working with toddlers and preschool age children as well in various settings. I have nannied for three separate families and am still close with both. I have worked as a lead teacher at McDonnell Early Childhood Center and UWEC - Children's Nature Academy. When our first child arrived, I wanted to work part-time to spend more time with my little family. Since then, I have been nannying for twins for over two years. Now, they are off to Kindergarten in the fall and I am looking for a new family to nanny for in September 2025. I have a great passion for working with children with ample training in child development and infant/toddler mental health. I hope to have a positive impact on your family as well! Elise is one in a million, and I can’t say enough AMAZING things about her!!!!! Elise just has a way with kids – not only does she encourage fun, creativity, and doing lots of activities both in and outdoors, but she does so in a way that engages kids, gives them structure, but also helps them grow. She is a wonderful communicator, 1000% reliable & incredibly patient & empathetic. I trust her implicitly with my kids & their safety. The next family will be so lucky to have her!
