About Teresa

I am 30 years old and work for a human rights nonprofit. I work remotely and the hours are very flexible, I'm looking for any recurring weekly jobs as well as one time needs! A little about myself: I babysat in the Manhattan/Brooklyn area from October 2021 through February 2023 and cared for a wide variety of children in that time, from 7-month-olds to one and 2-year-olds, to four and 5-year-olds, and 8-year-olds. I also have experience babysitting within my family - I currently have eight nieces and nephews aged 1 to 7 - which I mention b/c I have given my siblings a lot of date nights in the past and am comfortable and happy caring for this age range as well as children who are older! Patience is my greatest strength when it comes to looking after kids, I'm a big believer in transparency, communication and compassion in childcare. I am able to set clear boundaries, I am also able to communicate with children at their level and help them understand when they need it.
