I have over 14 years in childcare experience in all ages & college classes in early childhood care. I work for a private ambulance company but I'm looking to resign and go back into childcare. I miss my girl with me and being able to help other families. The last family I nannied with for a year and a half, they had two boys and I brought my daughter with. It genuinely surprised all of us how great it was for the kids. They socialized in a smaller and controlled environment with an adult and having someone their own size to learn from.

So far Taylor has communicated really well with us and seemed to be immediately comfortable in our home. Her child gets along really well with ours and she is able to care for all of them equally. Our only complaint is that we do not have her here more.
