Hi! I'm Taylor, and I bring over 15 years of experience working with children and youth, along with a Master's degree in School Counseling. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel supported, confident, and free to be themselves. My background includes working as an elementary and high school counselor, with experience in child development, emotional regulation, positive behavior support, conflict resolution, and social-emotional learning. I'm patient, dependable, and creative, and love incorporating arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, games, and learning into childcare. I can also offer homework help, support with routines and transitions, and guidance in building healthy coping and communication skills. I value inclusive, respectful care and enjoy getting to know each child's unique personality and interests. My goal is to make children feel safe, seen, and encouraged while giving parents peace of mind.
