About Alexis

Hi! I'm an experienced childcare provider with over 5 years of experience working with children as a Registered Behavior Technician, along with a master's degree in Counseling Psychology. As an RBT, I've worked extensively with children with autism, supporting communication, independence, emotional regulation, and positive behaviors. My experience has taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and meeting each child where they are developmentally. I also work as a therapist, which has strengthened my understanding of children's emotional needs and how to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment. I love building genuine connections with children and helping them feel understood, confident, and encouraged. I'm caring, dependable, and attentive, and I enjoy creating positive experiences for children while supporting their individual needs.
