About Taylor

Hi, my name is Taylor! I have over 5 years of paid childcare experience, including work in both early childhood and with children who have special needs. I also have 4 children of my own. I previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I supported children with autism and other developmental differences using evidence-based strategies. I'm passionate about creating safe, fun, and engaging environments where children can grow, learn, and feel supported. I understand the importance of patience, structure, and creativity in childcare, and I enjoy helping kids reach their full potential.
