Cannot recommend Carissa enough! She was punctual, experienced, and patient with this mother's anxiety. Throughout "orientation" to our home and children, she was very attentive and understanding. The respectful and understanding nature of her presence was so comforting, our anxiety was alleviated before we even hit the door. She handled our two toddlers with grace; not only gaining their trust, but also providing a fun atmosphere and activities the entire time we were gone. Our 4-year-old son (who's never liked a sitter in his life) was hugging "his" Crissy by the time we got home and has not stopped talking about her since!! We are so thankful for the experience and hope to have her back.
