About Riley

I am a compassionate Psychology graduate with minors in Child Development and Criminal Justice, currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling focused on school-aged youth. With experience as a substitute teacher and after-school program leader, I create safe, inclusive spaces where children feel supported academically, emotionally, and socially. I'm passionate about helping kids overcome behavioral and emotional challenges through creative activities, emotional support, and problem-solving. I build trust and encourage positive growth with developmentally appropriate programming. I also enjoy taking children on outings to the library, park, nature center, pool, and engaging them in physical activities. As a Red Cross Water Safety Ambassador and CPR-certified caregiver, I prioritize safety, especially during water activities. My goal is to provide nurturing care that helps children thrive and build confidence in a supportive environment.
