About Taylor

I cannot recommend Taylor enough. Taylor was our full time nanny for the past year for our daughter starting when she was 5 months old. We also have a disabled grandpa that lives with us, and Taylor was also a big help with him as well - she can do it all! So many things I appreciate about Taylor but a few highlights. She is great at taking direction. We had a daily routine that she diligently followed. She is loving and caring to our child. This was true in all the range of stages from caring for her as a little baby to now as a toddler. Taylor is hardworking, when the baby naps she does a phenomenal job tidying the house (fun fact she also was previously a home organizer!). Taylor is a great communicator. She gives me a great daily roundup on what happened with the baby, and is super proactive to communicate if/when she needs time off. Finally, what really sets Taylor apart is she is a problem solver, in both big and small ways. If something is not as it should be, or something goes wrong she quickly problem solves and takes initiative to resolve it. I cannot express how much peace of mind it knowing she can handle whatever comes at her. Highly highly recommend Taylor!
