This review is with regard to Taylor's communication, as we were not able to meet her due to rescheduling and cancellations. After an initial call with Taylor we agreed on a date for her to do a trial day with us. She cancelled on our originally agreed upon time the night before. We rescheduled for later in the week. The day she was supposed to arrive to provide care, she cancelled in the morning- 2 hours before she was supposed to arrive.
