Hi! I'm Taylor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 5 years of experience working with children of all ages. I have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience working with children with a wide variety of personalities, interests, and support needs, which has helped me develop a patient, flexible, and individualized approach to childcare. I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and build confidence. Whether we're playing outside, doing crafts, reading, building with Legos, or working on homework, I enjoy finding activities that match each child's interests. I'm also happy to assist with meal preparation, transportation, bedtime routines, and light housekeeping. Families describe me as dependable, communicative, and caring.
