About Lauren

Hi! I'm Lauren, a caring and dependable student with several years of experience working with children of all ages. I currently work at PlaySpace Cafe, serve as a camp counselor at YMCA Camp Greider, and intern at Moss Street Children's Center. Through my studies and hands-on experience, I've developed a strong understanding of child behavior and use positive reinforcement, patience, and supportive communication to help children build confidence and feel successful. I'm passionate about creating a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where kids feel supported and valued. I'm CPR/First Aid certified and enjoy engaging children through games, crafts, outdoor activities, reading, and creative play. I take pride in being reliable, organized, and someone families can trust.
