About Taylor

I believe in child-led, play based learning through natural play, creativity, exploration, & that are developmentally appropriate. I value structure without rigidity to create predictable routines & consistency while remaining flexible to children's needs. I prioritize social-emotional development by helping children identify emotions, develop regulation skills & build confidence while feeling safe & supported. I enjoy incorporating independence, motor development, & other foundational skills into the day-to-day routines & play without making childhood feel like a classroom. I believe meaningful experiences are found inside the home as well as out in the community, allowing opportunities for discovery in various environments. Every child develops differently & I firmly believe in meeting each of them where they are at, rather than expecting every child to be on the same timeline. Primarily seeking a Monday + Tuesday position to add to my weekly schedule, open to full time positions.
