I have been a professional nanny since I was 17 and before that, I was babysitting neighbors, family, and friends along with being a youth group leader for underprivileged kids. I currently am finishing caretaking for my aunt, nanny twin toddlers who are nonverbal/autistic, and nanny 3 boys, ages 2, 7, and 9 along with taking care of their Doberman and helping train her as I used to rehabilitate dogs. While living in Dallas, I nannied for 2 preteens where I did pick up, drop off, made dinner (I am an excellent cook and can make just about anything) did laundry, organized kid's closets, ran errands, helped with homework and essentially was the house manager.
