About Taylor

Hello, my name is Taylor, and I'd love to care for your children. I have over 12 years of childcare experience, starting at age 15, with families ranging from simple day-to-day needs to children with special needs. I'm personable, charismatic, intellectual, and fun, which helps me connect quickly with kids while keeping parents at ease. Alongside childcare, I co-founded a startup called INST, which gives me flexible hours, and I previously spent four years in private wealth management at Morgan Stanley and RBC serving ultra-high-net-worth families. This professional background has made me responsible, organized, and trustworthy. I grew up in Pebble Beach, CA, and graduated from Pepperdine University with a B. S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Spanish. In my free time, I enjoy scuba diving, traveling, Pilates, and horseback riding.
