About Taylor

My childcare career began at age 11, when I started babysitting my baby brother. I have since volunteered and worked with children in professional settings, including a church group, daycare, Montessori school, and even in a home setting. I have a very Montessori approach to working with children which is gentle, kind, and loving. I am super passionate about respecting children and I try to be very mindful about how I interact with them, as to responsibly help shape their minds. I believe children are capable of so much, and I am passionate about fostering their independence and confidence so that they can see their limitless potential. I promise that I will love your little one as if they are my own. I have the most experience with ages 2-6, and I prefer to care for children that are at least around 2. My schedule is pretty flexible, except for Sundays. I am interested in very part time, reoccurring positions, or occasional date nights. I also currently have a fingerprint card.
