About Taylor

I'd describe my personality as caring, compassionate, and trustworthy. I love working with kids because I was raised by two educators who dedicated their lives to helping children. My mom worked with children with special needs and behavioral health challenges, and my dad is a principal. Their passion for serving others inspired my love for nurturing children. I began working with kids between ages 13 and 15 through babysitting, mentoring, and tutoring. I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where children feel supported and parents have peace of mind. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, traveling, shopping, trying new adventures, and practicing self-care. My top childcare skills are youth engagement, patience and positive behavior support, and educational communication to help children learn, grow, and build confidence.
