About Taylor

I am a current Human Development (Early Childhood Education) major on the path to becoming an elementary school teacher! I have a passion for working with school-age children, and find it to be one of the most fulfilling aspects of my life. I have 5 years of experience in babysitting/nannying, and 1 year of experience as a before and after school educator and program manager. These positions have equipped me with a breadth of knowledge regarding behavior management, problem solving, and effective communication with both parents and kiddos alike. I also pride myself in being creative, adaptable, and fun-loving. I hope to gain new experiences and perspectives through my continued work in childcare. Providing my best possible effort and support to families is my top priority as I work to better myself and the world around me!
