From the first time she met our kids, she made them feel comfortable and safe. She's always on time, communicates clearly, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Our kids absolutely love spending time with her they’re always asking when she’ll come back! Tatyana also engages them in creative play, helps with homework, and makes sure routines are followed, all while being kind and patient. It’s such a relief to know they’re in such capable hands.
