Tatyana responded to my job, which clearly specified my budget. When I asked about her rates, she was vague at first, saying it’s “on per unit basis”. I asked her to then give me the ballpark rate for my home given the parameters I had clearly spelled out. She became snarky saying she has “21 clients with rates varying” between two amounts that were clearly outside my listed budget, and that she can’t give a rate until first visit. This approach and the tone were unprofessional at least.
