I'd describe my personality as loving, easy going, and understanding. I like caring for people with special needs because it is such a rewarding experience. It fills my life with joy and makes me a better person. I learn so much everyday. I am very passionate about making other peoples lives better in anyway I can whether its being someone to talk to, make laugh or support in anyway they need. I started caring for people with special needs when I was given the opportunity in college for an internship. I became a DSP. I fell inlove with the community and the individuals I worked with. I loved saying that my job did not feel like a job and more of a second family. I hope to continue that growth and experience. In my spare time, I like to read and spend time with friends/family. One thing you should know about me is I am a very hard worker. I do not let outside influences affect how I do my job. I continue to push myself to become a better person.
