I'm new to the area (originally from CT), but have worked with children since I was a teenager. I'm a licensed mental health therapist by profession, and decided to Nanny part time during covid shut down. There were many families that needed help and since I love kids so much, I decided that would be a great way to assist. (Please note that only request for time off due to closing date for home). I'm currently looking to work with a family who needs help on weekdays, and would love the opportunity to speak with you about your childcare needs.

Ta'shema is a deeply compassionate, creative, and exceptional person. I am so grateful for her immense support and joy she brings to my son and our whole family. She has been working with my son since the fall of 2025, spending three days a week helping him access community recreation and life skills practice. She does more than just supervise a young man with autism. She takes him on adventures, to museums, parks, aquariums and so much more. My family is so happy to have her in our lives.
