About Tarika

As a pre-med student at UT Austin, education has always been a big priority to me. Helping other students to reach their full potential through personalized support is something that I'm passionate about. I focus on building a student's confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively listening and observing how they interact with new material, I adapt my methods by using visual aids, hands-on activities, or discussions to suit their unique style. When concepts feel challenging, I break them down into manageable steps and connect the lessons to their personal interests to keep them motivated. I believe open communication with the student and the family is essential to building the trust necessary for success. I look forward to creating a supportive environment where we can achieve your academic goals together!
