About Alyssa

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary through high school students, I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning. I assess individual needs by observing how you interact with new material, allowing me to tailor my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to your personal interests to keep you motivated. I believe open communication with parents and students is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Whether we are tackling math, science, or study skills, I find the greatest reward in witnessing your "aha!" moments as you master new challenges. I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and celebrating your academic success together.
