About Tara

Compassionate and reliable caregiver with 15 years of hands-on experience supporting my own aging parents through Parkinson's and heart related challenges. I've also been honored to serve as a Birth Doula for two childbirth and a Death Doula for several end-of-life, transitions, remaining level-headed and fully present in both beginnings and endings. I'm patient, adaptable, and skilled at connecting with people, easing stress, and blending naturally into family routines. My goal is always to help others feel comfortable, supported, and secure.
