About Tara

I like working with kids because they bring me joy. There's never a dull moment!! I like to keep moving and keep activities going as I feel it makes time go by smoother. I started working with kids when I turned 9. I grew up as the 2 oldest girl in the household out of 8. Babysitting was something I did often as most of my siblings are younger. As I've grown up, babysitting hasn't ended. My older sister has 5 children aging from 9-1 so my babysitting gigs have moved on to helping her. I spend a lot of time with my nieces and nephews and have babysat them since they were only a few weeks old. One thing you should know about me is I am currently in nursing school. I hope to gain some babysitting jobs to have some spare money to help me while I make my way through classes. Another thing is, I have social anxiety around new people which is why I feel it is important that I engage with new individuals, as I will be around others once I become a nurse.
