Ive worked in any and every setting with elderly care. My primary responsibility is to provide direct care and support to residents. This includes assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding the residents. I ensure their comfort and safety by regularly checking on them, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in their health or behavior to the nursing staff. Additionally, I help residents maintain as much independence as possible by encouraging participation in activities and exercises. I also assist with mobility by helping them move safely between beds and wheelchairs or to navigate the facility. I assist with housekeeping tasks such as changing bed linens, cleaning rooms, and sanitizing equipment to ensure the space is tidy and welcoming.
