I also provide medication reminders House cleaning & meal Preps along with structured routines to promote recovery & wellbeing . In addition to physical care I will also engage clients with games and activities to support emotional health and cognitive stimulation. I offer longterm care for 24/7 respite and end of life support providing comfort and peace of mind to both clients & their families My goal is to help seniors feel supported, safe & empowered as they work towards regaining independence! 4hrs-12hr care available also !!

Chasity took care of my Dad from Aug through Nov, when he passed. He was in late stage dementia and couldn't walk. From the first night she came, she engaged him and even got him up, out of bed, and on his feet. He was so excited. As his health declined, I could rest peacefully knowing she was with him. When we had to go for doctor and hospital visits, she did all the lifting and transport of Dad. I could not have made it without her. She was always on time and came with her own gait belt (LOL). Very attentive and dependable. Highly recommend.
