Tanny has worked for our family part time for over a year. She has helped with light housekeeping, organizing and folding laundry. Most importantly, she helps with watching my 2 year old when I need her. I trust her implicitly with my son. Tanny doesn't need very much direction- She can find a need a fill it and take care of it. If my son needs a snack, she will find a healthy snack and cut it up appropriately for his age. She also has been helpful with watching/letting out my dogs every once in a while if there is a need. Tanny is comfortable with pets and is very warm and loving with children. Her organizational skills are 10/10. We love having her apart of our household!
