I'm 45 years old. I have 20 years of experience working with children . I've worked as a pre K teachers assistant in my early 20's, in a daycare for 3 years, and I have been a local nanny in the Monterey Peninsula for 21 years. I have experience with children of all ages. My preference is newborns- 4yrs old. I am patient, caring, and kind. I truly enjoy working with children and I find it completely natural and rewarding being in their presence. Aside from the child's safety, Ive learned that The most important part of being a nanny/mommy's helper/assistant, is communication and the willingness to work as a team with both parents. Tannia was fantastic for our family and children. She was with us for 3+ years when the kids were from newborn to 6 years old. She is dependable, fun, engaging, smart, safe and prompt. We trusted her, and she did an exceptional job with looking after the kids and helping our family. From pickup, dropoff, feeding the kids, taking them to adventures, overnight stays, etc- she was great. Tannia would be a great addition to anyone's growing family!
