About Tanja

People that I have worked with describe me as caring, compassionate, patient, and trustworthy. I enjoy being in the moment and I'm a good listener. I have over five years experience taking care of three different family members through active dying. I completed CNA training in order to learn more about personal care and safety. I worked for a home care agency providing personal care to individuals with dementia, assisted with transfers, ambulation, meal prep, physical therapy exercises, and light housekeeping. I enjoy working with veterans and possess a military id for those who are looking for someone to assist with shopping at the commissary or medical appointments. Currently I volunteer and support activities with those of Special Needs. For fun, I garden, protect and raise monarch butterflies, craft, and paint.
