Tanisha has helped with our sons over the last 9 months and she is amazing! She is patient, warm, flexible and is able to independently solve challenges that arise in either the schedule or with the boys’ behavior. Most importantly she engages with our children in conversation, play and helping to complete school work. Her prior experience in childcare is evident which is complemented by good communication and reliability. I highly recommend Tanisha.
