As an NCS I am a specialized and trained childcare provider who focuses on the care and well-being of the newborn while guiding parents in the first 12-16 weeks of the newborn's life starting as early as 1 day old. I help clients get confident as parents and establishing healthy feeding and sleeping habits for the newborn, facilitating sleep conditioning and healthy development. The routines and feed back I give my clients have helped some newborns sleep 7-8 hour stretches as early as 7-8 weeks old! Yes, 7-8 hour stretches at 2 months old. I absolutely love seeing the amazing results of helping parents learn more about their newborn, helping parents get a good nights rest, being the front line of defense and keeping an eye out for things parents may not recognize and mommy care pp. 10+ years of nanny and babysitting experience with multiples and kiddos with different abilities, clean live scan fingerprints/background check, Infant and Child First Aid and CPR certified, and references!
