We truly cannot recommend Deonna enough! She is hands down the best nanny our family has ever had. From day one, she has been incredibly punctual, reliable, and professional, but what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares about the children she looks after. She was with our family when we brought our newborn home from the hospital and was such a calming, knowledgeable, and supportive presence during that transition. Her experience with newborn care is exceptional, and she was equally amazing with our 2 year old daughter. Managing two little ones at different stages is not easy and she did it with so much patience, confidence, and love! She is extremely communicative, she always keeping us informed about every detail, milestone, concern, or win of the day. We always knew our children were safe, nurtured, and genuinely cared for. Even now, she still occasionally comes to help our family, which speaks volumes about the bond she built with our children and the trust we continue to have in her. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her! She is dependable, experienced, nurturing, and truly treats your children as if they were her own!
