Tanika is an absolute gem. She did backup care for us on and off for two weeks. She was wonderful, prompt, creative, attentive, and extremely reliable. She cared for my two year old and 5 month old. Tanika is very high energy, gets on the floor to play, follows instructions and even offers helpful suggestions, and is overall a pleasure to work with. Would recommended 10 out of 10!!
