About Tania

Hi! My name is Tania, and I'm a passionate and reliable caregiver with years of experience working with children of all ages. I'm currently studying Elementary Education at UNCG where I'm preparing for a career as a future teacher. I also intern weekly in an elementary school classroom, where I support students in both academic and social-emotional learning. In addition to babysitting, tutoring, and volunteering with a nonprofit that serves children and families, I've also worked in customer service for over three years. That experience has made me calm under pressure, great at multitasking, and quick to adapt-all skills that carry over into childcare. I understand how to keep things running smoothly, stay patient in tough moments, and communicate clearly with both kids and adults.
