About Tania

My approach to childcare is centered on partnership, trust, and helping children become confident, capable, and as independent as possible. I enjoy working collaboratively with families who are deeply invested in their children's growth. As a mother of twins, I understand firsthand the journey of supporting children and their parents through the challenges of academics and extracurriculars. I bring strong communication, organization, problem-solving and multitasking skills and believe the best outcomes come when parents, teachers, caregivers, and children work toward shared goals. My mission is to provide more than basic care--to encourage curiosity, confidence, good habits, independence, and a genuine love of learning.
