About Tandis

Tandis cared for our son from the time he was about 5 months old until he turned 14 months, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better person to be part of his early life. From the very first moment they met, our son lit up around her—he warmed to her instantly, which spoke volumes about her gentle and nurturing presence. Throughout those nine months, Tandis showed remarkable patience and understanding, especially as we navigated some of the more challenging milestones like independent naps and transitioning to solid foods. She never rushed the process, always met our son where he was at developmentally, and brought a calm, reassuring energy to each new hurdle. Her attentiveness to his needs and her willingness to try new approaches made a world of a difference—not just for him, but for us as parents. It’s never easy to entrust someone with your baby, but Tandis gave us genuine peace of mind. We always knew he was in loving, capable hands, and that trust is something we’ll never take for granted. Now that our son is a toddler and attending daycare, we often find ourselves thinking back to those precious months with Tandis. We miss her deeply and feel so lucky to have had her in our lives during such a formative time.
