Caring for children with special needs can be quite a challenge, and one that I take very seriously. However, I pride myself on treating special need children in my care with the same amount of compassion and creativity that I do with all children under my watch! After a family gives me the expectations of their care giver, I take the job and go! Recently I have worked with emotionally disturbed teenage girls in a lock down facility.
